Co-founder of the bake house Soulbread Sourdough Bakery. As the creative and marketing brain behind the brand I created the whole branding, photography and social media image as well as content, copy, marketing strategy and communication strategy. I Implemented an influencer program early on that got us into the eyes and ears of very known chefs and food bloggs in the tel-aviv area.
