2016 - Summer Program
ONWARD
Design internship, entrepreneurship, and leadership program - Israel
program based on a two month experience in Israel where, while being a design intern for a startup company we received entrepreneurship and leadership courses.
2013 - 2014
ESDi
University Exchange year at ESDi (Escuela Superior de Diseno) - Barcelona
I spent one year studying abroad in Barcelona taking courses in Photography, Art History, Sociology, Illustration, and Graphic Design.
2010 - 2011
GAP YEAR
1 Year in Israel
I participated in a one-year program in Israel, living on Kibbutz Revivim and doing volunteer work in the kitchen and barn. I also did a three-month army immersion experience, and worked for three months at Bait Banamal, a fast-paced restaurant in Tel Aviv.
2009 - 2010
"Congreso de la IDEA"
Board member, organizer, and presenter at the "Congreso de la Idea" Innovation Conference.
This conference was created by independent high school students as a project for the promotion of culture, art, science, politics and other topics of interest. It was created for youth by youth where influential and innovative speakers came to inspire them.
2009 - 2010
"La Ciudad de las Ideas" (CDI) Congress
Participant and scholarship winner.
Puebla, México, 2010.
I won a scholarship in the category of “artistic drawing with a social and philosophical theme” and thus was able attend La Ciudad de las Ideas in Puebla, Mexico. I attended the three-day conference and experienced various presentations on art, technology, psychology and science.
2009 - 2010
PEACEMAKERS
Participant on Peacemakers program, Mexico DF - Israel
I participated in this sociopolitical youth trip where Mexican Jews, Israeli Jews, and Israeli Arabs met to discuss the incredibly difficult and divisive conflict in the Middle East.
